I have been using a Zebra LP2844 thermal label printer with Paypal shipping to print USPS labels for almost a year. It has been working great until this morning when I was greeted with the redesigned shipping center. The problem is that the new shipping center is creating labels that are formatted for 8.5x11" with the shipping label on the top half and the receipt on the bottom. When printed on my label printer, it tries to cram everything into the 4x6 label. I've checked the shipping preferences, and it's still set to use my LP2844 label printer. The only way I can print labels is to switch to laser/ink jet and print them on plain paper.

I was greeted by the redesigned PayPal/EBay Shipping Center this morning. It is a pain that it does not carry over the PayPal Profile Shipping Preferences to produce lables as before. When you go to print a new label (the screen where you set the shipping type, weight, and value-add services) there is a link at the top where it says shipping preferences with a little printer icon to the left of the hyperlink. Click on that link. Set the printer to your Zebra printer. Then print the label.
I found this to be a suitable workaround for now, but be warned that the preference is label specific. You will have to repeat this step on every label you print.
Hope that helps until there is a more suitable permanent solution.
Regards,
J
