UPS error message

I have been getting the folowing error message:
The contact information you submitted does not match the information on file for your UPS account. Either update your UPS account information by visiting www.ups.com or update the information below.
I have tried editing my ship from address in both PayPal and UPS. The only difference I can spot is, on the UPS form, in the State Selection box, Wisconsin appears as Wisconsin, on my PayPal shipping from address is apperas as WI
I still am getting the same thing. I don't understand why this is a problem. I have to take the package to a UPS drop off point anyway.

I was getting that error message a couple of weeks ago. PayPal customer service told me to open a new account. They said my old account had expired. I don't know if I believe them. Opening a new account solved the problem, but I had to wait a while to get approved for discounted rates. That took 5 days.

I am getting the same exact error. All of my info on both Pay Pal and UPS match, so I don't know hwy I keep getting a message that they do not match. I have never had this problem before. It looks like we are not alone. I sent a help request into Pay Pal support but have not got a reply yet. This **bleep**!

Same problem here. I tried everything to make them match. The state thing is the only thing I found. UPS will only put the full state name and paypal will only put the abbreviation.

I finally figured it out. Delete your UPS account from your paypal account then re-enter it. Then it works. Don't know why, but it does.

Did that. Keeps taking me back to the update page where I put in the new account number. Goes all the way through, then tells me that this User ID already exists. PayPal shipping is not available. Sorry for the inconvenience.
And the default address for the customer I'm shipping to is deliverable by UPS. USPS won't deliver to that street, so I had to ask for his P.O. Box.
