Shipping services says my PP acct info does not match my UPS acct info. I don't have a UPS acccount.

Any suggestions? I tried all my email accounts at UPS to see if I had a stray account but no records were found. I can't bypass the Paypal alert screen either. Dead end. Need to ship to keep customer happy!
