I need help with this as well! I had an order from UK and it didn't add shipping (shopping cart function for an eCommerce store)... So I got a shipping quote (it all varies so much for international shipping) and told the buyer I need additional funds because shipping was not added. He tells me that shipping not being added is my problem and he wants me to ship his stuff and not pay any additional. I refunded his transaction and now he is threatening to open a dispute with PayPal and has been emailing me multiple times a day.
