I recently had a transaction where someone bought three of an item that should cost $3.50 PER ITEM for shipping, but it looks like Paypal charged $3.50 for all 3 items. Any idea how to fix this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
