The last two times I tried to print shipping labels, when I clicked "print" I get an error message about IE and page freezes and label doesn't print. I have to close out of the pop up error messages and then the page refreshes but not to the page where the label can be printed. HOWEVER, There is a tracking number and I was charged. I have to go back and do a reprint, at which time it works fine. This is getting to be a PITA. Is there a fix?

Welcome to the forums! Thank you for coming back and letting us know the outcome. Chrome can sometime have compatibility issues with shipping, so switching browsers was the right step. I'm glad it is working for you now.

Item: Teac X-10R reel to reel tape recorder
Subject: $48.46 refund for unused shipping label
Shipping Label #
To whom this may concern,
I sold the above mentioned item on eBay to Manuel on 04-05-2011.
When I purchased a downloaded shipping label on that day, I didn’t know it had to be used within 24 hours. Later I found out, after correctly packing the unit on 04-08-2011, the unit weighed more than I estimated and in addition to the label having expired, I had to purchase another label at the post office. I immediate came home with the unused label and attempted to void the label and apply for a refund online. Following the PayPal prompt instructions, I thought the refund ($48.46) was valid and pending within 21 days of deposit back into my PayPal account. A week later I called to make sure the refund was good and was told it was. Later I called again to see if the refund could be expedited but to my dismay, I was told the refund did not go through, claiming I did not apply for it, which I most certainly did..
The customer rep told me she would make corrections and the refund would be issued within 72 hours. I called again this past Monday and a woman again told me the refund had not gone through but assured me she also made corrections and I should get the refund within 24 hours. She gave me a confirmation number; 1907646176.
As of today, 04-27-2011, I still have not received the promised refund. I called this afternoon and a woman named Amee, (id 8266) told me the system would not issue a refund because I downloaded the label online even though I had the confirmation(?!) She also claimed she would ask her supervisor to handle the case and I should get an email from them within 4 hours. I received nothing.
As a first time user of PayPay shipping labels, I have never experienced such total ineptitude and inefficiency and will never use your service again. They could have handled the refund quickly but instead chose to lie and miss lead me about the refund.
I am sending you this copy of my complaint and will issue another to my attorney. If the agreed refund is not in my PayPal account in 72 hours, you leave me no alternative but to take legal action and further, report PayPay to the Better Business Bureau on the grounds of gross inefficiency.
Regards,
Van

Switching to Firefox from Chrome is great for those who aren't having issues with Firefox. I just deleted Firefox TODAY because it is giving my computer viruses and is crashing constantly. I'm now on Chrome and do all my shipping from home. Now I can't print labels using the browser that IS working for us.

You need some protection for Firefox. Go to Microsoft.com/security and download the first download in the list. It is free and will scan as you direct. Simple to install

twice I have tried to use the print shipping label. Both times the web page to print the label was unavailable, and multiple attempsts to reprint failed the same way. Now paypal has money for two shipments and I have no printing labels to show for it. I'm **bleep**!!!! Why would I ever use this feature again if it keeps failing? Now Paypal tells it it will take up to 21 days to refund!!!!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable.

That's ironic- I just had the exact same problem. I checked to make sure I didn't have a pop up blocker interfering, which I didn't. I tried it with both Google Crome and IE. Now I'm out $9.37 for each label. I might get refunded. I planned on using Pay Pal for my online store, now there's a big hold up. I can't afford to be reimbursed every time for labels that I have to pay for. Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm a bit disappointed in the shipping feature on PayPal. I tried twice, was charged twice... had to void both transactions. I understand that the USPS has their protocol, but the time delay for a refund is disappointing.
I was looking forward to shipping from home... bought a scale and everything. It seems that this feature is not going to work, eventhough I turned off my pop up blocker before trying to print the label. I do not have Google Chrome, so that shouldn't be an issue either.
Im dumbfounded, as I would like this feature to work. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecited.
I am printing to a regular Lexmark printer and did chose the printer feature.
Thank you for your time
