I shipped an item that was received on the 25TH of March. I received a message 4 days later stating that I had not sent one out of the two items (which I don't think I sent based off weight). This is through Ebay and through PayPal shipping.
Problem is, there is no option to resend package under shipping in PayPal. The only options are Print Packing Slip and Edit Tracking Info.
Is there any other way to ship with PayPal? Or has it been too late?
I don't want to use usps because the cost of the cheapest service is more than what the item sold for anyways. But if I have to I have to.
Any insight would be appreciated.
