Printing from ipad

When printing from iPad only sample label comes through..pressed the correct button..pop ups not blocked..please assist

Hello there 🙂 

You mentioned that pop-ups are not blocked.  Have you completely turned off the pop-ups blocker?  Are you attempting to print a USPS, or UPS label?
