I have sold an item on ebay for $190.33 USD.
This has transfered to my Paypal account which was $190.33 USD. I understand the fee deducted my balance to: $184.51 USD.
I decided to purchase the shipping label online, which was $27.83 USD. I voided the first shipping charge because there was a problem. I purchased the shipping label again. (At this point, I am really confused.) My current balance is $136.17 USD ony Paypal.
I understand that I am being refunded back two of the shipping charges back to my card: $55.66 to my original checking bank account balance.
I have sold the item on ebay for $162.50 + $27.83 (shipping charge) = $190.33 USD.
If the item is sent and is cleared, shouldn't I receive $162.50 from the Paypal balance instead of what it is now on my Paypal balance(136.17 USD)? Can you please explain if this is an error or not, please? Thank you.
