How to change the setting so when I print a label for shipping that only the shipping address is printed on 1/2 of the page and not have the other half page printed with thr receipt on it?
My printer will not print shipping labels. How do I set this up. It has been working for some time, but now will not print anything from PayPal. What do I need to do to reset this system??
Here is how to change your shipping labels so it only uses half of the sheet. However, it did not work for me for some reason.
Log in to paypal and click the PROFILE tab at the far top right. Then under SELLING PREFERENCES in the 3rd column click on SHIPPING PREFERENCES. Next, under U.S. POSTAL SERVICEPREFERENCES click on the link that says EDIT PRINTER SETTINGS. Last, uncheck PRINTRECEIPT. Then SAVE.

This works if you're doing your labels one at a time, but does NOT work when you are doing the multi-order shipping.
I do not have the print receipt box checked under my preferences, and tonight I used the multi-order shipping tool for the first time. It printed out the instructions both times I tried it. Wasted two labels, and those things aren't cheap.
What I really wish they would do is offer an option to print an invoice or packing slip on the other half of the paper. They one could get both printed without any switching of paper or printing preferences, or tedious scrolling though one page after another. I daresay it would cut processing time in half, no small savings.
I guess some people like the little mini-receipt, but we sure don't need the instructions printed and reprinted 50 times a day.
