I have never been able to print international lables in Pay Pal system. I have been shipping international for years. I have downloaded the Java update Pay Pal suggests. No help. I end up using USPS system.
Has anyone found a way to make it work on Pay Pal?
We also have encountered this issue - since early this year [FireFox/Safari/Camino// Mac OS X 10.5.x +].
We were told it is a communication issue over on Pitney Bowes end (?) - who really knows? But months is WAY TOO LONG to experience such a muck up - bottom line is it should've been resolved already.
I just completed a label and customs form on PayPal to New Zealand with no problems. The postage and cutoms form are all one document and will automatically come up when you choose your destination.
