Multi-Order Shipping question

Hello-

A quick question- how do I turn my PayPal transactions into "orders" so that they are picked up by the multi-shipping tool?

Right now, I can see them all listed as transactions in my account overview and I can print the labels that way, but is there a way that I can make it so they show up as orders and I can use the multi-tool?

I'm wondering the same thing. We just started using Big Cartel shopping cart and are having a lot of trouble trying to import our paypal orders into the multi-order shipping tool. 

It looks like the import works, but there is no information on quantity or item description. This is very important for us since different items are the same price. When we look into our "payments received", the orders are there, but they don't show up under the "orders". They also appear under "ready to ship", but we have to look at each individual one to see the details that we are looking for. Please help!
