Multi-Order Shipping -> Packing Slips show N/A for items

When a customer purchases something from my website (using an "add to cart" button), and completes their transaction, everything seems to go okay.
Then I pull up the order in Mulit-Order Shipping and try to print a packing slip, and that's where the problem begins. All the customer's information is there, but the item number, description, and quantity show "N/A".
How do I fix it so that it populates those fields?
