Label not printing in google chrome

The last few days I have been fighting with paypal to print labels, after hitting the pay button a new window SHOULD pop up and the label displayed so it can be printed.   Like I said it should, but it's not popping up for me and NO i dont have popups blocked!

after hitting the "reprint" label 5 times it MAY print but normally just opens a blank window that times out.

anyone else having this issue?

Paypal doesn't get along woth Chrome, Opera or Safari ( I suspect Bing as well).

Try Firefox or IE8 - it's optimized for those.

That's not an acceptable solution. This needs to be addressed by PayPal. Chrome is no longer a "niche" browser used by obsessed Linux geeks in their parents' basement. It's based on Safari, the browser used by most Mac users (like IE on the PC), and should be supported.

Appreciate the effort put forth by a user in reporting the issue, and fix it, not just cover it up with "use an inferior browser like Firefox or IE".

I won't keep going back to IE for this one website that has a problem with Chrome. It should be working. And something as simple as a server error causing the connection to be reset should be simple enough to fix.

What gives? Is this problem of not getting a printed label going to ever be fixed? I like Google chrome and want to continue using it. You guys can fix it so why haven't you?

Same for me, ... no print, ... have all the latest upgrades, java, etc ...  yet Chrome reports an error, and no popup window.   😞

I am having this problem with both Chrome AND IE.  I had to void a label the other day because I hit the "reprint" button too many times, with no results.  1st label I *tried* to print today gave me the same error.  Ugh!!

I jut posted the same topic not seeing this prior to it...  I'm not going to install a browser program I don't like and that continued to crash on me just for this site.. that is just NOT okay!!  Chrome is a faster and more efficient program, and this needs to be fixed. The worse part is the amount of money it means I am out now having to wait for refunds from the postal service, and STILL get labels done. Today alone I am out over $20 in shipping fees thanks to labels that labels that refused to print.

If anyone has any answers as to how this can be fixed... I'd love to know what it is!

Here is a link to Chrome BUG, best way to get this to Google and Chromium engineers attention is to click on the START in top left of this bug's page.  So go to this link and click on that star.  They track their bugs and bugs with most stars are most likely to get fixed first.
