When i purchase a label for shipping it shows the city where I am shipping from. The name that is there is not correct. Every time i try to make a change and click save it goes right back to the wrong city name. I live in Shamokin, Pennsylvania and it lists Bear Valley as the city name. Bear Valley is a part of the city beside the one i am in. It's not even a city name, it's a patch.
Also, when i tried to go back and change the name again it ended up as scrambled letters for names and had California for the state. Not even close.
How do i get it to accept the city i am in ???
I've been nothing but aggravated wtih this new shipping setup. Nothing updates, pages don't load, i cant get back to my account from the label, and i have to manually enter the tracking information.
