How do you prevent paypal from charging you for a shipping label? I use paypal for transactions of digital artwork, and my clients don't require me to ship anything since I just send the images digitally, yet I keep getting 50 cent charges for EVERY transaction for a stupid shipping label. How do I prevent this?
I do apologize for the late response, hopefully you got this figured out by now. Otherwise I wanted to say you should not be charged for a shipping label unless you print on out. Are you using a PayPal button created in your PayPal account? Or are you using a Third Party shopping cart? If you are you may want to check your button options and the cart settings to make sure you did not include shipping charges. Let me know if this helps.
