Change my name on Printable Packaging Slip??

Greetings!

My legal name registered with Paypal is -not- my common name I use daily.

How do I change my name on the packaging slip?

"Edit" renders no place to do so.

Further, I need to change my email address on the packaging slip.  My personal email address is not the email address I use for my business.
