Hello,
I've successfully used my labelwriter 450 turbo in the past and have never had a problem... that is until now.
1. I have the Dymo Printer selected in my PayPal profile - in shipping preferences
2. I've set my own computer to the Dymo as the default printer (as suggested by PayPal)
3. I have the Dymo selected in Multi-shipping, too.
4. I have the latest Java update and have rebooted to make sure all updates are present
5. I have tried both Firefox & IE7 - cannot print a Dymo label - wants to print a Large 1/2 page on a standard printer... not matter what I do to get it to print a label
I can buy labels and can print (so Java is working)
THE PROBLEM IS: even though I have all the presets for the Dymo printer, the Java popup screen (for the label printing in PayPal) displays an image of a "1/2 PAGE" label that should be printed to a standard 8x10 printer (in my case, this is an HP)
The Printer Selection (in the popup Java box) has the Dymo selected, but that doesn't seem to matter - it WANTS to show a LARGE image of the label and print a LARGE 1/2 page label. In the past, I always got an image of the right sized label and it printed a label.
I've spent hours trying to wrap my head around this mess and I really need to ge tthis solved. I need to print self-adhesive labels created by my Dymo, again... That WORKED IN THE PAST - WHAT GIVES HERE??!!
Any help here would be appreciated.
