I have recently purchased a new computer (Windows 7, 64 bit) and installed my Brother QL-550 label printer software, installed Java as per link on Paypal page, when I try to print only 1/4 of the labek appears in the page block and my label will not print, led light flashes red on label printer, I think its a Java problem but I checked the Java installer and it said I have Java installed correctly.........any help would be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I1st time visiting this forum.. Is there ANY paypal representatives answering these legitimate problems/issues/questions??? If not, Why bother taking the time to type them out!?
