Does PayPal require Delivery Confirmation?

New to ebay selling. Does PayPal require a Delivery Confirmation on every package that I send to buyers, in order to get my money. Or do I automatically get a tracking number with either Priority Mail or Parcel Post packages, that I give PayPal once I ship?

Yes, DC is required unless the price + shipping is $250.00 or more, in which case SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION is required.
