I have a Canada Merchant Account and I am trying to calculate shipping base on weight and location (eg. different provinces within Canada, U.S. or International)
I only see from my "account profile", "my selling tools", "Shipping calculations"
I can adjust shipping either base on flat amount or percentage (%). This is NOT what I want, as weight of my products varies a lot and has no direct relationship to the value of the products.
