Can I print USPS label without the instructions?

I am using self adhesive labels that come two per page. When shipping directly from USPS site I have the option to print label without the instructions since that wastes the second label.

I did not see this option on the PayPal print page.

I use the same type of label. To print without instructions, simply split the sheet into two. The instructions will not print.

Someone gave me a huge stack of self-adhesive labels that are four to a sheet.  The look like the same size as the actual USPS label but I can't figure out how to move the label into the corner of the sheet.  Has anyone else done this?  Thanks!

That works. However, will that damage the printer in long term? I am wondering if the printer know only half papers are inserted or they will just keep on printing the "instructions" in itself? 

I am using Hp Laser Jet 1012
