I have a Brother QL-500 Printer and a roll of brand new DK-2205 labels. I have used the Multi Order Shipping program successfully many times in the past. In the past month I can not print these labels at all. The USPS/Pitney Bowles program refuses to print them, telling me that my large 2 3/7" labels are the wrong size. And the Java Photo of what the label should look like, shows the label will not print the right size.
I have tried the work around by putting a piece of cardboard under the back 3 pins-- I have tried reloading Java entirely-- I have updated the printing program from Brother AND Still nothing works.
I have looked for help on eBay, and PB's sites and even here. Still no solutions.
We are in the process of uploading a large number of sales on ebay and our private company site for the holidays and need the solution we've paid for to work. $20 plus per roll for these labels I can not even use is a waste of my money and God knows how much time. I can not afford to continue to use Paypal for this, because everytime I need to VOID the postage and go to another solution.
Politely put-- Does anyone have a solution for this? Or When in Hades is Paypal/USPS/PB going to get this fixed?
