verifying a paypal user

Hi

How can I see information about a user, in order to verify their credibility, any disputes, etc,?
I wish to purchase from and pay a paypal user for a product not listed on paypal, but since this is the first time I am dealing with this user on paypal, I need to find out if that user is credible.
All I have is the user's email address which they are using on paypal. I am a paypal member myself

How can i verify a seller that he is not a fraud and i can buy the item from him through paypal...
