I have a friend that has cancer, I have several that want to send him a little money to help him. I wanted to know how can I set him up an account, that he can access after we send funds to it . Can u explain how I can do that for him please? Thank you so much!
It's going to have to be set up in his name if he wants to download funds, so you can help him go through the verification process and input a credit card.
He won't be able to get a debit card for 60 days, unfortunately, but I'd have him get one as soon as that time is up - it's more convenient.
