Paypal has restricted, 3 times now, me using my banking account as a transfer source. It was fine a week ago but has been blocked the last three transactions under which I have different recipients for.
I have called multiple times and received responses such as, "try another time," "it's only for this transaction and will work with others," and "your bank account is fine, but Paypal is still blocking this account."
I am a professional photographer and need equipment as soon as possible and can not wait for eChecks to clear, and prefer not to pay 2.9% of each payment as most equipment I buy is very expensive.
I feel like Paypal is forcing me to use the credit card payment as an option so they can gain the 2.9% in monetary fees in which sometimes can be $100.
