Our justice system is founded on the principle "Innocent til proven guilty." How, then, can PayPal justify refusing to process Wikileaks donations on the grounds that PayPal won't deal in donations for illegal operations--when WikiLeaks has not been charged with any crime? This is, to put it mildly, abusive practice by PayPal, and I'd like an explanation.

Paypal owners and operators,
As a long time user of Paypal, I've made my contribution to your corporate success;...only to have you dishonor my beliefs and rights of others. Any of us who wish to send contributions to support the release of documents that show the duplicity of our government and military, the usage of torture, rendition and the murder of innocent civilians should be able to do so. Your refusal to forward our donations to this honorable organization shows who really has the best interests of the world's people at heart, and it is not PayPal.
Your refusal to process our donations violate our agreements and do yourself a massive publicity disservice. You're close enough to a bank as it is. You shouldn't do anything to further align yourself with the corruption that forments privacy invasion, violation of our Contitutional Rights as stated under the Bill of Rights and is clearly one of the most pernicious forms of censorship of the truth and abridgement of our right to free speech.
You do yourself no honorable service by your obvious coercive collusion with the governement guilty of rendition, torture and numerous other war crimes as defined by the Geneva Convention, a document to which our nation is a principle signatory.
Kindly reconsider your position and correct your actions to align yourself with the right of your customers. It is we, afterall, who have made your company into the success that it is. We can certainly reverse that trend should you continue to dishonor your agreements with us and your duty as a fiduciary corporation.
Thank you for your expected correction of these grievous errors.

Unbelievable, post names of agents overseas, putting their lives in danger, and you have a problem with Paypal closing their account.
If he was a U.S. citizen he probably would have been charged with treason.

Free Speech, another one without a clue.
Try yelling "fire in a theater",
Your free speech does not give you the right to stand on "MY" property and spew your miss information

I agree. Wikileaks has not been convicted of any crime, or even charged by the U.S. People can surmise that the organization has committed treason, but this is just another case of guilt by decree by some official or executive. We are bordering on a police state.
