Unclaimed payment, seller says has not received anything but account says they have?

Hi folks, having a slight probelm and i'm quite lost as to what to do about it,

 

I made an order over a website, the money was transfered from my credit card to my paypal and is listed on my account as being taken from my paypal account but seems to be in limbo between paypal and the seller who says they have not received any payment from me, nor have they received any notifications from paypal.

They emailed me and asked me to resend the payment but first i would have thought i would have to cancel the unclaimed payment.

This is where the probelm lies, i looked up on the help section and it says you can cancel unclaimed payments by clicking the 'cancel payment' in the action column, but there is nothing displayed in my action column what so ever for the unclaimed payment

 

Any ideas of what to do? As im a tad worried that i will not be able to get the money credited back to me
