I recently had to add a Paypal Mastercard to my account after learning that I had reached my paypal spending limit on the card I had on file. Since I opened and added this new card, every time I make a purchase and try to make payment, I get a message after hitting "Confirm Payment" that my payment can't be processed at this time and to contact customer service. This is getting aggravating and is turning me off to paypal! Any suggestions from you paypal veterans out there?
