I have been reading that Paypal has more frequently been in the business of scamming people and I believe this is one method by which the scam with.
I can not afford to wait for eChecks to clear and am forced to use my credit card, which imposes a 2.9% fee on purchases. My equipment all cost over $1,000 at a minimum.
I believe Paypal is trying to gain money by these means.
