I though I had my CC as my primary method of payment but stubhub didnt give me the option to change it in my checkout. I know there is not enough money in my bank account to cover the charge. Will my bank automatically deny this and it go on my credit card? Because I don't want any money taken out of my bank right now.

I had the same thing happen to me. Unfortunately, since it tried to get it from my bank account, my bank charged me an overdraft fee. You better check into it. Wouldn't want you to incur overdraft charges in the process.
