This month FileServe already charged $9.99 from my creditcard.

I have the same issue. Why doesn't paypal protect our credit when that is why we use them when we purchase things on the internet. This company is a fraud and makes millions cheating innocents who use them to purchase one item and they continue to charge the credit card, even after canceling!!

Hi okshanny,
Welcome to the forums!
When a payment involves a subscription, it also includes a subscription agreement that must be acknowledged by clicking to agree to the terms. The initial payment cannot be completed until that button is clicked. Clicking to agree signifies that you have read the terms of the subscription and are aware that subsequent charges will be made. The only way for PayPal to know that you do not want to continue the service is to cancel the service through PayPal.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
