I am trying to buy a laptop.

Paypal keeps not letting me.

Since ebay only lets me pay with paypal. I can't buy it.

same here. Since yesterday I need to pay a bill but I can't. I'm very upset and frustrated!!

Paypal charged me 1800 dollars twice. It said it reversed the payment. My bank account is now 3600 less than it was before. Paypal is both taking my money and not letting me purchase a product on ebay. Am I getting scammed by this company?

And by this company, I mean paypal. You people have to make this crap up to me, this is ridiculous. I am now temporarily broke in a foreign country because you felt like it is okay to take my money for a product twice, but not actually let me have the product even once.
