So, I have been trying my best to figure out how to do this, and was wondering if someone had dealt with this before...
I am a member of bemanistyle.com and am trying to figure out how I get a service of theirs taken care of. The site lets you upload files for people to play on a game called Stepmania (As well as other games, take for instance DWI), which is a version of Dance Dance Revolution, but for the computer in which instead of hitting the arrows / notes with your feet (you can always hook up a pad if you have the right kind), you hit the arrows with your fingers.
I am trying to upload a file for playability purposes on their site. The max capacity for file uploads is 10 MB. My issue with this is that the file is 15 MB. There is, however, a solution. You can spend Ten Dollars (USD) to get the max cap for a single file to be raised to 30 MB, which is perfect. The only problem is that it will only let me do the payment through paypal... and even though I have the money to spend on this service, I can not find a single way to actually set up the deal to pay for this service. I click on the button that lets you buy this nice little service and takes me right to my account. As soon as I get to my account, all it does is sits there and stares me right in the face with no button in sight to start up the deal, no status of any kind detailing that the payment is pending or complete, no prompt that asks me for information, NOTHING. I can't figure this out for the life of me, and am needing help in this situation. I have already emailed the person who is supposed to help resolve these issues and am waiting for something back from them.
Does anyone know what to do in this case? Anyone?
