I made a transaction yesterday, sending someone money using the gift option and the money sent instantly. Now today, I'm trying the same thing and Paypal is telling me that the option to use my card is not avaliable for my transaction.
Can anyone help me? I really can't wait 3-5 days for this person to recieve their funds.
