Is there any buyer protection for using websites other than Ebay?? Several websites offer the use of Paypal. If I use it, send money via paypal, but never receive any merchandise, is there any protection for that??

Hi lvd4sur1-
The off-eBay Buyer Complaint policy does not offer guaranteed protection. You can read about it in PayPal's Security Center under "Safer Buying" or in Section 13 of the PayPal User Agreement.
Thanks,
Jason
