Am I worried about nothing?

Last week I bought something on EBAy and paid for it with PayPal.  I received a receipt from PayPal and an acknowledgement from the seller.  Today I looked at the item in My Ebay and  (1) the item is no longer available for viewing and (2) the seller is no longer a registered Ebay member...   Only the correct amount was taken from my PayPal account... BUT I can't contact the seller or find anyhting else out about the item..   Should I assume the item will be

shipped or what should I do??/

File an "Item not received" dispute here;

And choose "Not a registered User" as one of the reasons in the drop-down box.

ebay will refund your money.
