You can only make a withdrawal to a bank account linked to the PayPal. This would have to be an account that matches the country of your PayPal. For example, if you have a UK PayPal, you would have to withdraw to a UK bank account.
If you have a spanish bank account you would have to create a Spanish PayPal account, send the funds over to it and then withdraw it that way.
