What happens if I sent money to an email address of whom the owner of the mail does not own a paypal account? How will I get my money back?

If the email address is not linked to a paypal account then it will show as unclaimed with a cancel option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
