I'm a UK company and I've been paid in Dollars - so I wonder how I go about converting these funds in to GBP so I can pay them in to my UK bank account.

Click on your paypal balance > manage currencies > fees apply.

However your buyers are supposed to pay you in your currency so you could refund it and invoice them in sterling.
