"Notification of payment received" emails not being received

Paypal automatically emails a "Notification of payment received" email whenever a customer makes a purchase.

I have not received any since about 12:30 AM GMT Feb 27 2015. (13 hours),  In that time there have been 19 payments.  IPN messages from Paypal to my website are working.

Yeah I'm not getting them either. Just stopped today. Was fine yesterday. Glad I'm not the only one, hope PayPal don't take too long to sort this out. Some info from them would have been nice, they must know it's happening.

I just got my first   "payment received" for 17 hours. It's for a payment that has just happened.  Does that mean it's working again? Will the missing emails ever turn up?

We shall see.

Why is nobody from Paypal explaining what is going on?

Yeah I'd also like to know why there's no explaination!

Mine starting turning up again late last night, but still it went all day without an explaination. Looks like payPal are just lazy and want other users of the forums to help each other. Why do we pay so much in fees if they can't be bothered to help when there's a problem!? Oh, and I'm not talking about people who are volunteers here, I'm talking about people taking salaries from PayPal Inc, they should be around when there's problems.
