iwriter payment not showing up on paypal account.

My iwriter account says that the payment has beem send to my paypal email address but it is not showing. I have registered my paypal email for sure and it shows up whenever I go through my profile.

Are you still experiencing issues receiving payments? Is your email address confirmed?

Hello there, I have not received my funds sent by Bryxen Software, Inc.'s iwriter.com. At iwriter, my account shows the funds have been sent to my PayPal account. My PayPal account does not reflect this payment. I have also not received any email notification about the payment as I usually do. Please assist, Thank you.

Sorry to hear this, if you have not received a notification email from PayPal it means the payment was not sent to your PayPal account. Please check back with the sender, you could also ask them for a transaction ID. 

Once your email address is active and confirmed you should have no problem receiving payments.
