If you bought an item and do not want it then contact the seller to refund you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hi Gavin_marcus,
Welcome to our community forum!
Yes, Kernowlass is right! Let me just add that you can request a refund up to 60 days after you pay for your item. If the seller won't refund your money, you have 45 days from the date you paid for your item to file a dispute.
Here's how to file a dispute:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Resolution Center.
- Click Dispute a Transaction.
- Select the transaction you want to dispute, and then click Continue.
- Select I have a problem with an item I purchased or I want to report a transaction that I didn't authorize.
- Click Continue.
- Follow the instructions to finish opening your dispute.
Thanks for posting!
Monica
