i created the bussinuse account and verfied with my master card but still show this massage in invoice section im from UEA how can i resolve this ? Your Account May Only Be Used to Send Money

If you are in the UAE then why have you got an account in  >>>

card issued in Antigua and Barbuda or a bank account in the U.S. to link to your PayPal account. You must withdraw payments from your available balance before you can spend it.

i dont want to spend my blance only whant to recieved the payment from my client via paypall

Thats not what i asked, if you are in UAE then why do you have a Antigua and Barbudan paypal account???

Sounds as if the account you have is not a UAE one so check that out as you may have to close that one and open one in your own country.
