I recently got my refund and I had £115. My balance on my PayPal. I brought something that was £111 but it now as a -£111 beside it for some reason. Not my balance but my recent payments. Which I don't understand because I had the money.. Also I owed PayPal £9.50. I paid it but they took it out of my account again for some reason:\

Hi JmmaSherry,
I understand this situation can be annoying. There are few different reasons can cause negative balance; for example a buyer complaint or charge back. To be honest, this sounds like your refund type caused the negative balance.
For security reasons, I can’t discuss your account activity publicly. Best to contact us through your PayPal account, form Twitter (@AskPayPal) or our UK Facebook page; we will review your account and help you resolve this.
I hope this info helps.
