I opened rdhalla_sg account in Singapore mainly so that I can pay for my PlayStation transactions. I use to have a card and bank account from Singapore linked to this account. I have moved to Australia now and no longer live in Singapore.
My playstation account was also created in Signapore. So Playstation requires me to have a method of payment originating from Singapore.
I didn't really keep a lot of balance in my Singapore bank account for security reasons and I never topped up my paypal account "rdhalla_sg" from my bank account. I would usually ask my friend to transfer some money to my paypal so I can make the transactions. Having low balanced in my Singapore bank account resulted in termination of my bank account and my bank card. Now my "rdhalla_sg" paypal account has no card or bank linked to it.
Q1. I was wondering if I can still continue using it as long as i have balance in my account but card or account linked to it ?
Q2. I also do not have access to my phone number that is linked to my Singapore Paypal. Should I be worried? It doesnt let me add my Australia no.
Alternatively I was thinking of opening another Australian Paypal account and send money from that to my Singapore paypal account. I don't know if this is workable method or should I be looking at other options. I just really want to keep all my transactions in one spot. I don't want to start over with making a new playstation and new Paypal account. Its a big mess and i am just looking for answers.
Regards

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
You are supposed to withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you leave your old country. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thank you for your time and thank you for you explanation. I am aware that Paypal is linked to a country.
But my question is something else.
My question is that, If i am able to make purchases without having a bank or card linked to my account? Provided that i have paypal balance in my account.

You 'may' for a while but at some point Paypal security will kick in and stop you until you link a card to 'verify' that Paypal account and provide a back up funding source.
