Upload proof of delivery

What link can I use to upload a proof of delivery?

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and there should be an option to add a tracking number in there on the details page.

Yes I did that already but I would like to upload a picture of the receipt as Paypal asked me to do so and they were also meant to send me a link but they never sent the email.

If you have any difficulties with uploading any documents via the link you can also use the name change option:

Log in to your account.

Click Profile near the top of the page.

In the 'Name' section, click Change.

Select the legal name change and click Continue.

Follow the on-screen instructions to upload and send files.



Once you have uploaded any documents let Customer Support know via phone or Social Media.
