Hi. I just need help with this. I transferred funds to my bank account last May 30. However until now, my funds has not been transferred to my account. This has been my 3rd transaction and I didnt have any problem till now. It shows "completed" though but I spoke with my bank and they said that no funds has been transferred yet.
I'm a bit worried because previously I had an issue verifying my card which I already sorted out. But when I transferred my funds, the visa card selection is not showing even though it has already been verified. So I transferred it to my bank account which has the same bank account number with my VISA., But it was showing "Cheking account" in which I don't have. i transferred it to that account knowing that my VISA card number is the same as my bank account number (16 digit required) The transfer has been completed but the funds is still not showing until now.
Just need some clarification with this because I don't know where my money went.
