Hi everyone, I've recently made a preorder via paypal to game which is not due to take money for a couple of months. It had shown up on my paypal as Pending but now I cannot find the payment whats so ever. Is there a different page for pending payments?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is always pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
