Sent money but says "Money pending" on receivers end.

I sent 1400$ to one of my friends using friend and family but 4 days later it still says pending on their end when it went through all the way on my end. Anyone else have this problem, and how long should it take before it goes through?

If the payment you sent is showing as pending on your friends side then it may be something holding the payment up there end. Is the payment showing as completed on your side? If so then I would recommend to tell your friend to contact us directly so we can determine why the payment is on hold. Your friend can contact us Facebook.com/PayPalUK or Twitter @AskPayPal. They can also contact us via phone or email by clicking on the contact us link at the bottom of any PayPal page.
